SECTION 5: Shopify, Payment Information and Security

Shopify Inc. hosts Our online store and provides the online e-commerce platform that allows Us to sell Our products and services. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application, and is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete Your purchase transaction and is stored on a Secure Server behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information. No payment information is stored on Our Site after Your order has been processed.

We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to sign up for the mailing list or make a purchase. If You are under the age of 13, do not submit any information on Our Site. If We learn that We have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, We will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. We also do not direct Our marketing/advertising to anyone under the age of 18.
