SECTION 1: Personally Identifiable Information that You Provide to Us
We do not collect personally identifiable information (e.g., Your name, email address, contact or similar information) unless You choose to provide it to Us. You are not required to provide Us with any personally identifiable information to access the Site. However, You are required to provide personal information if You will be making a purchase or would like to use certain features of the Site. If You voluntarily provide Us with personal information (for example by sending an email, by filling out a form and submitting it through Our Site, or by purchasing an item from Our Site), We may use that information to respond to Your email message, send You information and opportunities (e.g. if You requested to be added to Our mailing list), fulfill Your purchase order, and/or to help Us provide You with the information or services that You request. Generally, We collect and use personal information for many purposes, including, but not limited to: billing, product and service fulfillment, providing a better website, improving products and services, and communicating with Our customers and potential customers regarding Our products, services and discount opportunities. Once you have opted in, You always have the opportunity to opt out of Our mailings and email subscriptions by following the directions on the email or by directly emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
SECTION 2: Consent
When You provide Us personal information to be added to Our email subscription list, complete a transaction, or place an order, You are consenting to Our collecting and using Your information for that specific purpose. If We ask for Your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing a special product or different service related to Sara Donaldson or SDP affiliate, We will either ask You directly for Your expressed consent, or provide You with an opportunity to say no. If You change Your mind after You opt-in, You may always withdraw Your consent for Us to contact You, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of Your information, at anytime, by contacting Us at email@example.com. Please understand that if You opt-out of Our email subscription (receiving emails about new features, discounts or other information We think may interest You), We may still need to send You emails about purchases or respond to requests that You have made or received from Us.
SECTION 3: Registration Information
In some instances (such as to learn more about Sara Donaldson’s mindset coaching opportunities), use of the Site and Services may require that You disclose certain personal information for identification, including Your valid email address and Your demographic information (including, for example, Your ZIP code, age, sex, job industry, job title, and additional personal details) to register.
SECTION 4: Disclosure
We take privacy very seriously and never sell Your personally identifiable information to Third Parties. The information We collect is used for administering Our business activities. However, We may disclose Your personal information if We are required by law or court order, or if You violate Our Terms of Service. We may also disclose Your personally identifiable information if required in order to address an issue implicated by a financial transaction. (For instance, if You claim that Your billing and/or credit card information was used to make a purchase that You did not authorize, details about the transaction may be disclosed to law enforcement and any party We deem necessary to swiftly address the matter.)
We take seriously copyright law and the misuse or unauthorized use of Our Services and imagery. We may access, preserve and/or disclose personal information if We have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend Our copyrights, Our company, Our employees/personal rights, and Our intellectual property; to protect against the misuse or unauthorized use of Our images; or to protect the safety of Our property, Our employees, or the public. Among other things, this means that if You provide false information, pose as someone else, or use stolen credit card information, any information about You that We deem helpful for law enforcement, financial institutions, or those investigating will be disclosed as part of any investigation into Your actions.
As We continue to grow and develop Our business, We or Our affiliates may purchase or create other businesses or entities, or We may merge companies together, or have DBAs or companies purchased by another company. In such transactions or acquisitions, personal information may be among the transferred assets. Your information may also be stored and processed in any country in which We maintain facilities or conduct operations, which could mean that Your personal information may be stored or transferred outside of Your country of use and/or residence.
When You directly supply personal information to Us, such as Your name, email address, and/or mailing address for mailings and shipments, Your information may be retained in Our computers, Our electronic databases (such as Our email subscription database), and Our archives, and may not be reasonably capable of expungement. However, if You wish to correct, amend or delete any personal information We have about You, You may contact Our Privacy Compliance Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SECTION 5: Shopify, Payment Information and Security
Shopify Inc. hosts Our online store and provides the online e-commerce platform that allows Us to sell Our products and services. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application, and is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete Your purchase transaction and is stored on a Secure Server behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information. Please refer to Shopify Payments, GooglePay Privacy Policies, and PayPal Privacy Policies for information regarding their own security protections and use of Your personal information. No payment information is stored on Our Site after Your order has been processed.
To protect Your personal information, We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. When processing transactions through Shopify Inc. hosting services, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Remember, certain providers such as Shopify or Paypal may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either You or Us. Your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider (such as Shopify or PayPal) or its facilities are located.

Additionally, You agree to comply with any local laws that apply to You (where You are while visiting the Site). By visiting the Site, or by providing Us with any information, You fully understand and unambiguously consent to the transfer, processing and storage of Your information in the United States.
If for some reason We are prohibited by United States law from sending an order to You (to the foreign address You designate), You will be notified of this, We will promptly refund any money paid, and We will cancel Your order. Thank You for Your understanding.
